Promo codes and bonus credits at DataPasa
A promo code adds bonus credits to your account. Bonus credits pay for servers just like your balance, but they are tied to specific services and have an expiry date.
Activate a promo code
- Sign in to cloud.datapasa.com and open Bonus credits.
- Click Activate a code.
- Enter the code in Promo code and confirm.
The new credit appears in My credits. You can try up to 10 activations per hour.
What a credit covers
Each credit shows what it can be spent on:
- Cloud servers or game servers;
- sometimes only specific plans.
When a server is charged for the next hour, matching credits are used first and your balance pays whatever is left. Credits that do not match the server are not touched.
Credit statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ACTIVE | The credit can be spent |
| EXHAUSTED | The whole amount has been used |
| EXPIRED | The expiry date has passed and the remaining amount is gone |
| REVOKED | The credit was cancelled by DataPasa |
Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn
Credits are not money on your balance. They cannot be refunded or transferred, see the refund policy.
Referral program
If you invite other customers, you earn a commission on what they spend and they get a discount. Everything about it is on the Referrals page in the panel and on the affiliate program page.
