How to create a DataPasa account

Every DataPasa service is managed from one control panel at cloud.datapasa.com. An account is free, and you only pay for the hours your servers actually run.

Sign up

1. Open the registration page.
2. Enter your First name, Last name, Email and a Password of at least 8 characters.
3. If a friend invited you, paste their code into Referral code (optional). It gives you a 5% discount on your services.
4. Accept the policies and click Create account.

Use an email address you check

Password reset links, low balance warnings and support replies are sent to this address.

Confirm your email address

Right after signing up we send a confirmation link to your email. Until you open it, the panel shows the banner Confirm your email address and you cannot order servers.

• The link is valid for 24 hours.
• If it did not arrive, check your spam folder, then use the resend button in the banner. A new link can be requested every 5 minutes.

Add a passkey (optional)

A passkey lets you sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a hardware security key instead of typing your password.

1. Open Profile in the panel.
2. In the Passkey section, add a passkey and follow your browser's prompt.
3. Next time, click Sign in with a passkey on the login page.

Forgot your password

1. On the login page click Forgot your password?
2. Enter your email and click Send link.
3. Open the email "Set your DataPasa Cloud password" and choose a new password. The link works for 1 hour.

If you are already signed in, you can change the password under Profile in the Change password section.
