How to top up your DataPasa balance
DataPasa works on a prepaid balance in US dollars. You add money once, and every server you run is charged from it by the hour. There are no subscriptions and nothing is charged to your card automatically.
Step by step
- Sign in to cloud.datapasa.com and open Finances.
- In Method choose how you want to pay.
- In Amount, USD enter the amount. The minimum is $5.
- Click Top up. An invoice is created and you are sent to the payment page.
- After the payment is confirmed, the amount appears on your balance.
Payment methods

The list you see in Method is the one available for your account. Card payments are processed in GBP, so your bank converts the dollar amount at its own rate and the total is shown before you pay.
Invoice rules
- You can have one pending invoice at a time. If you change your mind, replace or cancel it in Finances.
- An unpaid invoice expires after 24 hours.
- After a successful top-up, the next one becomes available 24 hours later. If you plan to run servers for a while, top up enough at once.
Where to see your payments
Finances has three tabs:
- Invoices: every top-up with its status;
- Balance history: every charge and credit, including hourly server renewals;
- Refunds: your refund requests. See refunds.
The payment went through but the balance did not change
Card payments are usually credited right after the payment page confirms them. Crypto payments are credited after the network confirms the transaction, which can take longer on a busy network. If the invoice still shows as unpaid after an hour, open Support Center, create a ticket and attach the transaction ID or receipt.
