How to order and manage a game server

Game servers at DataPasa come with the Pterodactyl game panel: a live console, file manager, FTP access, MySQL databases and quick version switching. Like a VPS, a game server is billed by the hour from your balance.

Order a game server

1. Create an account, confirm your email and top up your balance.
2. In the panel open Game Servers and click Order game server.
3. Choose the game, its version and a plan.
4. Optionally give the server a name. It is shown in the game panel and helps when you run several servers.
5. Confirm the order.

The first hour is charged immediately, then the server renews every hour. Cheats, DDoS tools and mining are not allowed on game servers.

Your game panel account

The Panel account block on the Game Servers page shows the address of the game panel and your username and password for it. You rarely need them, because the DataPasa panel signs you in automatically.

Open the game panel or phpMyAdmin

Click Open next to the server and choose:

• Game panel to open Pterodactyl, already signed in. Use it to start and stop the server, watch the console, edit files and change the game version;
• phpMyAdmin to work with the server's MySQL databases.

Delete a game server

Click Delete next to the server and confirm. The server and all its files are removed immediately, so download worlds and configs you want to keep first. Charging stops at the same moment.

If the balance runs out

A game server follows the same rules as a VPS: it is suspended when the balance is empty and deleted after 24 hours. Details are in how hourly billing works.
